Glow Up: Contemplative Practice for the Soul

Spring Cleaning for the Soul, just in time for Passover. Explore contemplative teachings and practices for embodied presence, connection and creativity. Here we will have three opportunities to sit, warming up with a 10 min practice, then 20, and 30. Around these times of Quiet,  we will explore various texts to help us shift from Survive to Thrive.
