Lab/Shul and the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care invite you to a shared experience of sacred space and time, harmonizing Jewish and Zen traditions in the celebration of Sabbath spirit.
This month we honor the 78th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. In whole heart practice, we will be exploring true courageous compassion in the midst of personal and collective brokenness.

6:45pm – The Zoom Room Virtual Zen Center Opens...
7:00pm – Start of Zen Shabbat: Ritual music, meditation, and spiritual teachings led by Sensei Koshin Paley Ellison, Rabbi Amichai Lau-Lavie, and Spiritual Leader, Shira Kline.

We are thrilled to hold Zen Shabbat in person at the New York Zen Center for Contemplative Care, and on Zoom! In order to keep our community safe, and socially-distanced, we are limiting in-person capacity to forty-five people.
